Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

• Orders are inspected and packed within 1–3 business days after payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Fees

• Standard Shipping: estimated delivery in 7–14 business days; complimentary for orders of US$79 or more.
• Express Shipping: estimated delivery in 3–7 business days with tracking.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Duties & Import Fees

Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid, so no additional import charge is due upon delivery.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email address used for your order after dispatch.

Lost & Damaged Packages

Please email Customer Care at servicelunaveil@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery if a package or item arrives damaged. Include your order number and clear photos or video. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refused Shipments

Orders refused without a valid reason may be ineligible for refund. Return, carrier, customs, or destruction costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
