Jewelry Care Guide

Natural crystals, pearls, elastic cord, and metal details require gentle care. Follow the guidance below to help preserve your jewelry.

Daily Wearing Tips

• Avoid dropping, strong impact, pulling, and prolonged friction against hard objects.
• Keep jewelry away from perfume, lotion, sunscreen, detergent, and household chemicals.
• Avoid high temperatures and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, or heavy sweating to protect the materials and extend elastic-cord life.

Cleaning

• For daily care, gently wipe the surface with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
• Only rinse a piece gently with room-temperature water when its product-specific materials and construction are confirmed to be water-safe. Dry it thoroughly afterward.
• Do not use acidic or alkaline cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, rough fabrics, or paper towels.

Storage

Store each piece separately in a soft jewelry pouch or lined box in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Keep jewelry away from hard accessories that may scratch it.

Pearl & Metal Care

• Pearls: keep away from water, sweat, perfume, and skincare products. Wipe gently after wear and store separately.
• Metal details: avoid impact and moisture. Wipe dry after wear to reduce oxidation and plating wear.

Elastic Cord & Normal Wear

Elastic cord is a wearable component. Inspect it regularly and consider replacement every 6–12 months, or sooner if it becomes loose, frayed, or discolored. Gradual pearl color change, metal oxidation, and slight plating wear may occur through normal use and are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

Natural Material Variation

Natural crystals may contain inclusions, internal veining or fissures, mineral deposits, and color variation. Pearls naturally vary in shape, surface, luster, and tone. Product images are representative, and small differences between pieces or batches are normal rather than defects.
